Cancellation Policy

Thank you for trusting Dreams2Reality Travel to bring your travel dreams to life! Please review the following policy regarding consultations and planning services: Planning Fee Policy: - All planning fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. - Your travel consultation is included in the planning fee. Appointment Confirmation: - Once your planning fee is paid and your consultation is scheduled, you will receive an email confirmation with your appointment details. - Please ensure your email address and/or phone number are accurate at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy: - You may cancel or reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours prior to your appointment without penalty. - If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or do not show up, the planning fee will not be refunded. - Two (2) cancellations or no-shows will result in denial of future services with Dreams2Reality Travel. Travel Form Requirement: - All clients must complete a Travel Inquiry Form prior to the consultation. - The form can be completed before or during the consultation. However, completing it in advance will allow for a more productive and customized planning experience.
